Do you have A/V capabilities for presentations/videos/audio?

We have full projection and playback facilities available for rent.


Can we use our own DJ?

 You can use your own DJ or Walnut House can provide one for you with extremely competitive rates.

Can we provide our own catering?

Yes, for non-ticketed events. 

Can we provide our own alcohol?

Yes. You cannot sell alcohol without a permit from the city and a licensed caterer/bartender, but you are allowed to have it at your non-ticketed event as long as it is served by a licensed TABC server.   You will also need to purchase liquor liability insurance in addition to liability insurance.

 Do you have an in-house wedding planner?

We don't have an in-house wedding planner but we can provide you with contacts.  

Can I have a live band play at our event?

Absolutely. Call us for a custom quote and we can either connect you to some great event musicians, or provide audio support for your own group.

Do I need Event Insurance?

Yes, you will need to provide liability insurance for your event but it is very affordable.
