Yes, we have professional audio/video capabilities along with live A/V broadcasting.
Can we provide our own catering?
Yes, you can choose your own caterer. And we're surrounded by great local providers so we can offer some recommendations if you'd like.
Can we provide our own alcohol?
Yes. You cannot sell alcohol without a permit from the city and a licensed caterer/bartender, but you are allowed to have it at your non-ticketed event as long as it is served by a licensed TABC server. You will also need to purchase liquor liability insurance in addition to liability insurance.
